30 Day Return Policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have a full 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a refund or store credit.
In general we do not charge restocking fees, however it is important that you return items in new condition or as close to new condition as possible. If we deem carelessness has unnecessarily damaged a product being returned, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee to cover some of the cost involved. Customer's are expected to pay for return shipping charges except in certain damage cases (see Damages).
Refunds and Store Credits
A refund by check or credit card or Pay Pal will be automatically given unless a store credit is specifically requested by the customer. Store credits can be applied to future orders or later requested as a cash refund. Shipping fees are not refunded.
You will not be charged for shipping twice if a product arrives damaged and requires replacement. If a product arrives in damaged condition, please contact us immediately and provide as much detail as possible. We will work quickly to replace the damaged merchandise. Save the product and packaging and wait for further instructions. We will usually be sending a replacement right away and the damages will be handled separately. Please don't simply return it - we need to process a claim with the shipping carrier first.
